How long does a pool cage take to install?+
Most new pool cage installations take between 1 and 3 weeks from permit approval to final walkthrough, depending on the size, screen type, and any custom framing. Rescreens on an existing cage are usually completed in 1–3 days.
Do you pull permits?+
Yes. We pull all required county permits across Pasco, Hillsborough, Pinellas, Hernando, and Polk for pool cages, sunrooms, siding, and structural work — and we handle the inspections, so you don't have to.
Are you licensed and insured?+
Yes. AM Exterior is a State Certified Building Contractor (License #CBC1263331), fully bonded, insured, and BBB accredited. We're happy to provide proof of insurance before any project starts.
Do you offer financing?+
