What We Build
We build screen rooms, lanai enclosures, screened patios, porch enclosures, and screened entryways. These are enclosures that are not built over a pool—if the structure encloses a swimming pool and pool deck, that is a pool cage, and we build those too.
Each enclosure is measured and fabricated for the specific opening. A screened porch under an existing roof uses a lighter perimeter frame tied into the existing beams and slab. A freestanding screen room or patio enclosure carries its own roof structure, so member sizing, footings, and attachment to the home are engineered for the span. We build single-story enclosures and taller two-story lanai enclosures where the home has a second-floor overhang or high wall.
Mesh density is chosen for how you will use the space. Standard 18x14 insect screen keeps the room bright and open. Tighter no-see-um mesh blocks the tiny biting insects common near water and wooded lots. Heavier pet-resistant mesh holds up to dogs and cats on lower panels and near doors. Panels can mix mesh types where it makes sense.
Design details decide whether the finished room feels built-in: door swing and latch position, kickplate height, screen panel sizing to keep views clean, gutter and downspout transitions, ceiling fan or light blocking, and how the frame lines up with existing windows and roof edges.

We pull the building permit for your screen enclosure and coordinate the required inspections. The structure is designed for the applicable Florida Building Code requirements and local wind-load criteria. In hurricane country, those requirements affect member sizing, connections, fasteners, anchors into the slab, and how the enclosure attaches to the home.
Permitted work creates a record that plans were reviewed and the completed structure was inspected. Materials & Options
The right specification depends on span, engineering, exposure, pets, insects, shade, and the view you want to preserve. We explain where an upgrade changes performance and where a standard material is sufficient.
Aluminum framing
Member sizes and aluminum gauges are selected for the engineered span and wind load. Heavier gauge is used for tall lanai walls and wide screened patio openings.
Screen mesh
Standard insect screen, tighter no-see-um mesh, or stronger pet-resistant mesh on lower panels and doors. Different panels can use different mesh.
Finish colors
Bronze, white, and black are the common Florida options. The finish can coordinate with window frames, gutters, fascia, and the home exterior.
Insulated roof sections
An insulated panel roof can cover a seating, dining, or grilling zone while the rest of the patio stays open under screen.
